a. From Service Users (Business Clients):
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name during registration.
- Bot Configuration Data: Information used to train your AI Agent, including FAQ files, website links, product catalogs (name, price, image), and booking service details.
- Integration Credentials: API keys for third-party services you connect, such as payment gateways or social media platforms (e.g., Instagram).
b. From End Customers:
- Conversation Information: Name, contact number, and chat content with the AI Agent.
- Transaction Data: Product order details, shipping address, and service booking information.
- Helpdesk Data: Complaint content automatically converted into support tickets, including conversation history.
2. Use of Data
We use the collected data to:
- Provide core features such as chat responses, order processing, shipping fee checks, and support ticket creation.
- Manage Service User accounts, process subscription payments, and provide customer support.
- Deliver analytical reports via dashboards to help Service Users monitor business performance.
- Improve AI quality and develop new features.
3. Activity Logs & Cookies
We automatically record technical data such as IP addresses, browser types, access times, and visited pages. Chat histories are also part of the activity log stored for your use.
Cookies are used on the Jangkau.ai website and dashboard to store preferences, maintain login sessions, and analyze site usage to enhance our services.
4. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Sensitive credentials like API Keys are stored in encrypted format.
5. User Access & Control
You may access, review, and update your account information and bot configurations anytime via the Jangkau.ai dashboard.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following cases:
- With Third-Party Service Providers: To facilitate features like payment processing, shipping checks, or data hosting.
- With Service Users: End Customer chat and transaction data are accessible by the relevant Business Client through their dashboard.
- For Legal Compliance: If required by law or valid court orders.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Handling of Google User Data
When you connect your Google account to Jangkau.ai, we access limited data via Google APIs solely to provide the features you request—such as creating or updating Google Sheets.
Google User Data We Access
- OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens (used only for authentication and API access)
- Spreadsheet IDs of files created or modified by Jangkau.ai on your behalf
We do not access, store, or process any other Google user data (e.g., email content, calendar entries, or unrelated spreadsheet content).
How We Use This Data
This data is used exclusively to operate the integration you enabled. It is never used to train or improve AI or machine learning models—general or commercial.
Google User Data Retention Period
- OAuth tokens are retained only while the Google integration remains active in your Jangkau.ai account.
- Spreadsheet IDs are retained only while your Jangkau.ai account is active and the integration is connected.
Google User Data Deletion Process
- When you click “Disconnect” in your Jangkau.ai dashboard, all Google-related data—including OAuth tokens and stored spreadsheet IDs—is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours.
- If you delete your Jangkau.ai account, this data is also deleted immediately.
- You may also request immediate deletion by contacting us at admin@jangkau.ai.
This handling complies with Google’s Limited Use and Data Deletion requirements for API clients.
